Tell Us a Little About Yourself

I have been interested in the education of young children since I started working at a summer camp and religious education program for children in high school.
Following my high school graduation, I attended James Madison University to pursue a MAT.
Additionally, I chose to pick up a second major in Spanish because I went through a Spanish immersion program in elementary school and I think my bilingualism is one of the most useful skills I have today.
Finally, I would love to teach in an elementary Spanish program such as the one I participated in to pass on this gift to the next generation.  I believe starting a language early makes all the difference, adn I will give our children an edge in today's diverse world and a door onto other interesting cultures.
